(KPDL) as a Senior Manager – Finance & Strategy in 2010, moving to Group President role within a span of 6 years, being named Group CEO of KPDL at age 33 in 2017. Since donning the Group CEO cap, he fostered an internal culture of collaboration, execution, and accountability.

He has been a key speaker in the form of a ‘Thought Leader’ presenting insights and being quoted on the latest trends in the sector at several forums, panel discussions, print publications, and Social Media forums. He has focused on service and manufacturing culture in the sector, focusing on faster churn and not just land aggregation.

Before that, she was associated with Godrej Properties Ltd. and handled various group-level roles like Head National Channel Sales, Direct Sales, and Corporate Sales. Her stellar performance resulted in remarkable sales growth across verticals. She worked and won the “Best Newcomer Award” for Godrej Industries. She had been associated with HDFC Bank, ICICI Prudential, and LG electronics in the initial years of her career, giving her 360-degree exposure in the corporate sector.

She has a strong hold in distribution network enabling B2B connects, Sales & Customer process, Information Technology and strategy hence makes her a “Revenue Expert” into real estate.
